This website is operated by Leap Trace Consulting LLC ("we", "us"), based in New York, NY. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this site.

• Consultation and inquiry forms: your name, email, company, phone number, area of interest, and message.
• PatBot conversations: messages are processed by OpenAI model gpt-6-astra to generate replies. We do not store PatBot conversations after the chat session ends.
• Event bookings: details you provide when registering for paid sessions such as Slopeside Strategy or the Half-Day Strategy Intensive. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested, recorded by our hosting provider to run and protect the site.
• Usage statistics: we see basic, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, referring sites, device type, country) through our hosting provider's built-in analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.

• To respond to your consultation request or inquiry and follow up with you.
• To answer your questions through PatBot.
• To manage event registrations, payments, and attendee communications.
• To keep the site secure, fix problems, and understand how it is used.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on:

• Steps before a contract / contract — when you ask about or book our services.
• Legitimate interests — running, securing, and improving the site and replying to messages.

We keep form submissions and related records for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for an active engagement or a legal requirement. We then delete or anonymize them.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that prevent website visitors from reading stored submissions, limited staff access, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email admin@LeapTraceConsulting.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site links to partner sites (such as HeyGen, EC-Council, and LLMDay/SREDay/PlatformDay) and can embed the Luma calendar. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we don't control. See our Cookie Policy and Disclosures.
