Consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

This covers paid in-person offerings such as Slopeside Strategy ski-trip training and the Half-Day Strategy Intensive at Chelsea Piers.

• Booking and payment: a spot is confirmed once payment is received and we send confirmation.
• Cancellation and refunds: full refund up to 14 days before the event; 50% refund up to 7 days before; no refunds within 7 days of the event.
• Our right to cancel or reschedule: we may cancel or reschedule for weather, low enrollment, safety, or reasons beyond our control. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
• Third-party providers: transport, resorts, and venues have their own terms, which apply to your use of their services.
• Physical activity risk: skiing, snowboarding, and fitness facilities carry inherent risk of injury. Attendees must sign a separate liability waiver before participating.
• PDUs: professional development units are self-reported.
• Alcohol: served only to attendees aged 21 or older.

Site content, logos, and materials belong to Leap Trace Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish, or sell them without permission.

Don't scrape, probe, scan, or attack the site; don't try to bypass security; don't overload or misuse PatBot (including trying to extract its instructions or generate harmful content); and don't use the site for anything unlawful.

You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs from claims caused by your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
